Since joining SAOS in 1986 for the production of “The Wiz”, Eileen was an active and highly regarded member of the society. Her daughter Helen was also an acting member for a number of years, and she was married to Eddie Gorton. Eileen soon became SAOS's production secretary in 1988 for our production of "Grease", and continued through to 2005's production of “Copacabana”.
Eileen will be remembered fondly throughout the society for all her kindness and hard work.
